Your Right to Return
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
After requesting a return, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
Trying Your Items
We completely understand that you need to try your items on.
You may try your item as you would in a store, but we kindly ask that:

Hygiene & Condition Requirements
Because WearCurvy offers shapewear and body-contouring garments, we take hygiene seriously.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

have no signs of use

be free from:

makeup or deodorant marks

perfume or body odor
-
hair or skin traces
-
stretching or visible wear

include all original tags and packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted if:

the item has been worn beyond trying on

hygiene standards have been compromised

the item has been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
As part of our fulfillment structure, returns are sent to our central warehouse.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Cancellations
